Admission Procedure
Since we strive to provide our customers with a reliable and high-quality product, we take the same approach to our employees right from the very beginning, i.e. from the selection process.
The selection of new employees is handled by the HR Manager.
The HR Manager together with your immediate supervisor will assess your qualifications for the position based on your CV or cover letter. After studying and evaluating your CV, you will be invited to a personal interview where you will meet not only the HR Manager, but also your potential supervisor.
We try to take an individual approach to each candidate and we are therefore particularly interested in your experience, skills, and work results. We will be happy to guide you through our entire operation. You will be informed of the outcome of the admissions process by an agreed date.
If a mutual agreement is reached regarding employment, you will undergo an initial health check by a contracted doctor before taking up the position.
We will then need the following documents from you:
- Identity card, driving license
- Certificate of previous employment
- Health insurance card
- Evidence of competence, eligibility, certificates
- Account number
