Laser Cut Sheet Metal Products
At AWEC Prenas we produce laser cut sheet metal products on fibre lasers, which allows us to cut parts of various shapes and grades with maximum dimensions of 4,050 x 2,000 mm and a thickness of up to 25 mm.
Fibre laser produces a laser beam using an active fibre that generates and amplifies laser light. This technology is popular for its high efficiency and accuracy. Various parameters such as laser beam intensity, movement speed, pulse frequency and others can be adjusted during the cutting process. These parameters affect the depth and character of the cut. This process is usually used in industry for the purposes of cutting shaped parts and marking products (engraving).
We usually cut steel, stainless steel, and aluminium sheets of various grades.
