3D Laser Cut Products

3D laser cut products are manufactured on tube cutting machines with the same technology as laser cut sheet metal products. This technology is designed for cutting metallurgical material where cutting of complex shapes is required (e.g. holes for rivet nuts, shape penetrations, holes for welding bushings/pins, or locks). It is an effective method for cutting complex shapes into profiles and pipes.

At AWEC Prenas we use a combined machine for 2D and 3D cutting with an additional axis. We usually cut steel, stainless steel, and aluminium pipes/profiles of various grades.
